You all are literally the best! I overestimated my ability to handle both my dogs and instead of having to make them wait in the car or drop them off at home and come back, the employees got the exact dog food I needed for me and carried it to my car. I really really appreciated that!

This review is for the grooming services provided at the Petco in Las Colinas on MacArthur. Ryan was the primary groomer for my little puppy dog. He performed a complete shave down, trimmed nails, gave her a bath, cleaned her ears all of the business. Angie and Michael Ross of there to give her a lot of love and attention during her treatment I want to thank the team oh so much for taking such good care of my sweet little puppy dog. She looks great. She feels great. Everyone is happy. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful place to take my dog for grooming.

Last month I got my very first dog and had an amazing shopping experience with this associate named Ashley. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to have the direction of where I'm wanting to train and take care of my dog. I would be normally leaving the five stars here. I'm leaving two stars because when I asked the employee think his name was Casey if I could leave my phone number so she could help me shop when she's in. He told me that he was unable to take my phone number down and was not able to give me any information about her. I did not ask for any information about her. I just asked to leave my phone number. This whole interaction made me feel really weird, I don't know if I'll be returning here. I'm just trying to get help as a new dog owner

The worst cut my dog got. I was shocked looking at him after the cut. I told him not to cut him much because I know he is skinny and can’t handle the cold temperatures. This is the laziest cut the barber whoever it is, just to make their life easy they cut him to 0 and now he has to shiver to the cold temperature. The worst part is, it’s his bdah next month. I’d never suggest this place for any dog lover. Look at the previous cut picture of his and how they handled now. Really sucks. BIG NO TO PETCO

This location is fantastic! I got my puppy yesterday and I immediately brought him here for shots. Ashley went above and beyond when helping us. She gave us a coupon book, showed us where to find products, made excellent recommendations, explained the premiere program, and even showed me the app. She spoke highly of the company as well. Steven helped me check out and he was great too. He was training a dog in store and doing a great job multitasking. The guy who checked us in to get my dog’s shots was very helpful as well. Highly recommend location!
