Grooming department is the best! Always prompt and quick with their service. I love that we can walk in without an appointment.

They are absolutely amazing they treat your dog like it was their own Paolo goes into be groomed once a month at first he shy and scared but when he leaves he is one of the prettiest little men with tail a waggin with pure pride

Absolutely ridiculous and no empathy for their mistake. I called yesterday and was on the phone for over 10 minutes explaining that my dog would need their express wash due to her being uneasy with being in public. Was promised I had a 4pm appointment for both my dogs. I call to make sure today literally 5 minutes ago and am told I am not on the books. I check my email because they swear I never made an appointment and the girl who promised me that it was today 9/24 schedule it 9/25. I first am put on hold and then a lady picks up no name given and just basically acknowledges the mistake and oh well you just need to reschedule because we don’t have time today. No regards to what some people may need to do to be able to make the appointment, my mom has really bad insomnia and purposely kept herself up for over 24 hrs to be able to make this appointment. But I guess the public’s time doesn’t really matter. Really would look into giving your business elsewhere the lack of empathy was astounding and the tone on the phone was just well just reschedule not our problem they made the mistake.
