I really recommend staff was kind and helpful, waiting time was acceptable, Dr. Explains procedure so we could understand, I will be coming back even if I must drive a hour away.❤️

Honestly the doctors are really good but the reception staff is horrible they never answer the phone even if it’s concerns about your pet after a surgery. They also didn’t give me accurate information about my pet after he had surgery & just handed him off to me without talking to me about a checkup visit because my pet had stitches. All in all a good vet just horrible reception staff & for that you get one star.

My dog Bentley was nervous to say the least.... but hey were amazingly loving and caring with him. During the Check up all the staff was very loving and full of pets and hugs for him.

Excellent service. Yadira was very helpful. Easy to find, is in the main Street in Aguadilla.
