Groom Club

Spencer had his first appointment with Groom Club and Drew was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she made both Spencer and me feel comfortable and welcomed. Spencer can be a little particular, but Drew was patient, gentle, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. When I picked him up, he looked fantastic and was so happy and relaxed. The attention to detail was outstanding, and it was obvious that Drew took great care of him throughout the entire grooming experience. It’s not always easy to trust someone with your fur baby, but Drew exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, caring, and professional groomer. Bailey is such an angel taking care of my Pookie. She did a great job. I'm so happy that we found the Groom Club and be part of their family. Pookie is really happy and had a great time with Bailey. Can't wait for her next appointment :)

Charlie had such a great experience this week! Drew greeted him outside, which immediately put him at ease, and they were best buds by the end of the appointment. The mobile grooming van was spotless, professional, and so calming. Charlie looked amazing afterward and came out happy, relaxed, and proud of himself.
