I can't say enough great things about this vet office! The front desk staff are responsive, friendly, and so helpful. My pup saw Dr. Bowman and had so much fun she didn't want to leave. The staff treats my dog like she is their own and I always look forward to going! The techs are fabulous too! Thank you City Paws! Shout out to Frances at the front desk - you go above and beyond!

I can’t rave about City Paws enough! I went in originally looking for a second opinion on my pup, Korbel, as we were told by another vet that my 4 year old pup might have Lymphoma. This news was devastating and incredibly unexpected, as Korbel has always been incredibly lively and normal with no signs of illness, she only fell lethargic just 48 hours before we got this news. Immediately upon coming to City Paw, the awesome vet tech, LaShante, was ready to listen and earnest that I would get the answers I didn’t get at my previous vet. In came Dr. Lee! Dr. Lee literally skipped her lunch break to ensure I had all of the answers I needed to ensure Korbel was cared for to the best of my ability. Not only did she recommend a ton of work that gave me immediate insight as to what was happening, she came back upon receiving the results of each test, pulled them up on the screen, and walked me through them so I fully understood the situation. Both LaShante and Dr. Lee brought me so much peace of mind and truly put the “care” in healthcare. I came in a mess and left feeling much more confident in next steps. I would like to give a massive thank you to the team here from saving me from far more anxiety than necessary — if you’re on the fence about going here please do! The entire staff was an absolute pleasure.

I can't recommend Dr. Bowman highly enough. We've been going to CityPaws for eight years for our cat, who passed a couple of years ago, and now our dog who has had a number of health issues. Every time we've interacted with her over these eight years, Dr. Bowman has been unfailingly thorough, knowledgeable, collaborative with other veterinarians and us, incredibly responsive, and kind and compassionate. She routinely goes above and beyond to ensure we're informed and our pets are well cared for.

I brought my cat here after having subpar service from another clinic on 14th street. Dr. Brennan and Al were so nice to work with! Dr. Brennan was very understanding and kind. I had been pretty stressed out and she put my mind at ease. My cat hates getting blood work and she was able to get here blood drawn so quick. I got her results back in 2 days with a very well written follow up and easy to order prescription on Chewy. Highly recommend City Paws and Dr. Brennan.

I've been going to CityPaws for 18 years now. I'm now taking my cat overseas. I'm so happy with how knowledgeable the entire staff is with helping in the complex process of taking a companion animal internationally, including the front desk, the tech, and the doctor. Doctors Decker and Bowman are certified to assist with this. They've obviously had lots of experience with it. Thanks to all!
