(from Google)Dr. Wiseley took great care of my anxious pup who had pink eye. I am also grateful to Alex the vet assistant who was gentle and understanding with my dog. We were able to get an appointment last minute on MLK holiday.
Before the process of my cat getting diabetes, I never had any issue with this clincic. Upon diagnosis it was like a switch was flipped. Questions to vets go unanswered, phone calls unreturned and emails left not responded to. I have had to turn to vers in other clinics to answer simple questions about this process. And now I am having techs fail to explain processes to me, setting up follow up appointments and cancelling them on me because they are failing to provide me with the information I need. My cat, and myself, deserves better than this. I shouldn't be having to advocate so hard for my cat throughout this process, but here we are.
We were very pleased with the professional as well as the personal attention and care that was given to our dog ! The time spent with us ( and her) evaluating all options and trying to diagnose a puzzling situation was handled with reassurance and guidance . We left feeling pleased with how to proceed forward in caring for Pippa, our sweet puppy. Follow up communication was also very timely and helpful!
I took my son’s dog here to get her updated on her vaccinations and look at a sore on her front paw. The clinic seems brand new and the staff was very friendly and helpful but when you charge $179 for 28 pills of clavamox that is unacceptable especially when you get 30 pills same dosage at Chewys for $93. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this clinic
Dr. Mack was very personable and insightful about my golden doodle's ear infection. I asked her about a few other minor issues my dog has been having and she was very kind to discuss and advise me on them at no additional cost. I received a detailed summary of my visit, including everything we discussed, and recommendations and next steps for my dog's care. In addition, their new location is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of space in the exams rooms and lobby to keep space between visitors. The proximity to South Minneapolis makes this a very convenient location, and the care my dog received was as I would expect from a quality veterinarian. I would definitely recommend Blue Cross, and specifically Dr. Mack to others!
