ALPHA PUPS

I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service my Shih Tzu received yesterday. I brought both my dogs, the mixed breed came out fine (as usual), but the Shih Tzu’s haircut is completely unacceptable. I am not opposed to short haircuts, but what was done goes far beyond that. His coat was shaved down excessively, including areas that should not be shaved on a Shih Tzu. His face is especially concerning. His muzzle and cheeks were shaved so closely that it dramatically altered his appearance. His eyes look overly exposed, giving him a flat, “pug-like” look rather than a Shih Tzu face His ears were shaved extremely short, removing the breed’s natural framing. There is no blending or shaping, just a harsh, uneven shave overall I’ve attached photos of how he looks now versus previous haircuts. You can clearly see the difference. In past grooms, even with short cuts, he still looked like a Shih Tzu. This time, his coat texture, proportions, and facial structure were completely ignored. The manager’s response was “I’m sorry you didn’t like the cut”. WHO WOULD????

My dog has been going to Daniel for over 2 years always leaves my husky Rocky super new and cleaned love the service and the place my dog comes out so happy !

Great place to take your dog to be groomed. Easy process of reservations and very competitive prices! I've tried other places and I am glad I finally found Alpha Pups. Do yourself a favor and try them out. You wont regret it. My dog is a 15 yr old Westie that isn't crazy about grooming but man she left in much better spirits than anywhere else.

I absolutely love Alpha Pups! I’ve been bringing my dog Bolii here for both grooming and boarding, and every time the experience has been amazing. The groomers do a fantastic job! Highly recommend

Micheal was so nice and quick! I went in last minute and even though I was definitely pushing the limit for when I needed my boys done he got them ready so quickly for me to take them to see Santa and have a quick fun time at the beach before it starts getting too cold to enjoy it. The price was also amazing for getting them everything they needed to look and feel amazing.
