Pawsh Pet Grooming and Daycare - Brownsville

Do Not Recommend this place sucks!!, the groomer her name is Anais and goes by Ana. She hurt my dog in Harlingen but they since closed it permanently so I am not able to leave a review in the Harlingen location. But I found out she also works in the Brownsville location and alternates between the two places. She gaslights you into thinking that it is your dogs fault for getting hurt during the grooming process. She may have experience but No! proper training! And the owner Olga doesn't care as she doesn't ever answer her phones or does right by her clients. I am genuinely surprised by the lack of insight, or responsibility and care this company takes. And if your dog has been hurt by her mention their names in your complaint because I know the owners sees these complaints but refuses to take accountability. These people are waiting to see a lawsuit happen, as I have heard many horror stories with the groomer named Ana. I hope this helps other pet parents before taking their pets to this place.

They have the best grooming and boarding services for my dog! My dog’s always excited to go so that tells me she loves it here❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at Pawsh. After bringing my dog in for a grooming appointment, I was horrified to discover that he had a razor cut and was bleeding when we got home. We didn’t notice it right away, but it was clear he was in pain. Additionally, my dog returned home incredibly anxious, which was not the case before the appointment. The grooming process was alarmingly quick, taking only about an hour, which raised concerns about the quality of care he received. I expected a professional grooming service to prioritize the safety and well-being of the pets in their care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this groomer based on my experience, and I urge other pet owners to be cautious.

WORST GROOMING SERVICES!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I dropped off my shih tzu at 12pm and asked how long was the wait time, the front desk employee let me know they had 3-4 dogs ahead of him and he would be ready around 4:00pm - 4:30pm. After personally handing over my dog to the groomer, we talked about what she was going to do to him and what style cut. He left with her calm and happy. After a few hours, I texted them asking for updates and no one never responded to me. When I went to go pick him up and check on him around 4:45pm not only did they tell me they didn't do a cut nor bath. They told me he was misbehaving and they weren't able to get him out of the kennel so they left him in there. My poor dog was locked in a kennel for hours to not only be traumatized from how they were handing him but to be left alone and scared. He's gone to plenty of different groomers and I have never had an issue with how he behaves. I believe they took in to many dogs and when it came close to closing time they didn't have enough time to get to him and they chose to tell me this bs of a story. If my dog was fighting to go with them why wasn't I called to be let known or called for me to pick him up at the time of the incident. This is terrible unprofessional service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to bring their fur babies here. 0/10.

Great service! We got the self wash for our dog for $15. It has everything you need: shampoo, brushes, and towels.
