Being a first time dog mom I was scared where to take my little Yorkshire for his 1st time groom, well God sent me an Angel literally! Angel, the dog stylist there, was AMAZING with my pup! She even gave me a call an hour later to let me know the update on him and that he was doing well being his first time and all! Definitely will be coming back!! Thanks Angel 😇 !!

Our pet went in for grooming, and the result was good! After a little issue with the cut and style, the groomer was able to take care of our pet.

For some reason they reset all the reviews and now they have 5 stars after being at more like 2 stars. So reposting my review since someone removed it. REPOST Cesar does not know how to talk to people. He’s extremely rude, talks down to customers, lies and makes up stories about me. He does not know how to de-escalate a conversation. He completely ignored me and started talking to another customer. He takes thing out of context, he’s very sensitive, very dramatic, doesn’t have customer service. He called a a manager on me and the manager saw he was being extra and over sensitive. WHEN YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT PICK ANYONE OTHER THAN CESAR if you want a good experience. I’ve been going here for years and every time I see his face in there it makes me wanna turn around and leave.. I don’t go to pet smart to be abused.. I may be looking for a new location soon. BEST OF LUCK ! If he treats me like that I could only imagine how he treats dogs who can’t speak up and behind closed doors.. KEEP YOUR PET SAFE!
