Worst petsmart they can't never find the freaking restroom keys. If you have a store with so many clients and a banfield have the courtesy of having a restroom for your clients.

I've been taking my dog to petsmart's grooming for over a year now and I've never had this experience happen to me before. My appointment with the grooming saloon was at 4pm, I never really know whos gonna be at the saloon even if the appointment says a specific groomer. At 3:15 give or take, I get a call asking if I could arrive before the appointed hour to which I replied that im from cayey so I could try but I most likely wouldn't make it in time. With the rain and noon traffic I ended up getting there a little earlier than 4pm. When I got there the woman that I had talked with wasnt there. Instead there was a man who I had never seen before alone. Again I've been going to petsmart's grooming salon for over a year and I know most of the groomers who work there. I dont know if this groomer was new but I had never left my dog with him. He was the only one working at the time. I always ask how long would it take and to which he said be here by 5pm but idk if I'll make it in time because I have three other dogs. So I knew my dog wasn't gonna be ready by 5pm. Either way they have ALWAYS given me a call whenever theyre done with the grooming. Mind you, it was only a bath and brush pack, no cutting hair or anything like that. I went to the malls stores to kill some time like always and the hours passed by. Come 5pm I still havent received the call from the grooming salon, to which I thought that he was taking longer because of the other dogs. I passed by the windows facing the mall to see the progress a couple of times but I never saw my dog being attended. I again assumed my dog wasnt ready yet. When 6pm comes I give the salon a call and the groomer answers but he must have put the call on speaker because I did not understand half of what he said. In the end he said that he only needed to dry her hair. To which I thought, Okay just 15-30 more. 7pm comes and I still dont receive the call OR the notification through the app which I have always always received to notify me of the appointment's end. AND I always pay through the app to skip the lines. I got tired of walking around the mall so I decided to wait in my car. 7pm comes and nothing. Again I was worried because the salon closed a while ago but I thought he was taking longer because of the ammount of dogs and him being alone. At 7:30pm give or take, I finally receive the call in which the man questioned why I hadn't picked up my dog yet because they were closed. I was confused and shocked so I hurried to get off the car and pick her up. When I get there he got his kid waiting for him there so I got worried about why he hadn't called me before. I waited a couple of minutes but he wasnt there. When he finally appeared with my dog in hand she looked distress because of course she had spent HOURS without water or going potty. He Again remarks why hadn't I picked her up and that the manager had added a tardy fee to my receipt ($10). Again I never received the notification through the app to pay, which they always did, so couldnt pay in advance. I was confused and told him that he never gave me a call to inform me that the appointment had been finished. He said that he had previously stated to be here by 5pm to which I remarked that I had even called to check my dog's status and he had told me it wasnt finished. He clarified saying that he meant that he would wait for me to arrive to finish drying her??? Never never had the other groomers demanded me to be there so they could finish drying her hair and brushing. I was again so confused. Had she spent hours wet and cold in the kennels?? Waiting for me to arrive?? It didnt make sense. I was in shock at the time and I didnt want to fight in front of the kid so I just said okay and took the receipt to go and pay at the register. Again I always pay through the app to avoid the long lines. I was there for a couple of more minutes before finally being able to pay. In the end, this was all a a terrible experience i hope to never come across again. She came back smelling like a wet dog. So she was indeed left wet all that time.

Great selection of fish and supplies for our tank. Petco has the selection of live plants for a fish tank. Petsmart doesn't. Only difference.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my dog in for a haircut(trim), bath and teeth cleaning. I had first made my appointment for 7am but they called me and changed it to 10am because “she can’t cut her hair because she’s double coated”. I explained to her that I know you can’t cut her hair, but they can trim the areas I posted so they’re clean and not raggedy. I go to my appointment at what was rescheduled for 10am and they take her in, we went over what they were going to do and everything is on a good standing. I come to pick her up around 2:30pm and she looks the same minus her ears! Seriously?! I called about 2 hours ago to express my disappointment and they hung up on me. $63 for teeth brushing, and a bath. RIDICULOUS!
