Well Groomed - Lubbock

Love, love, love Sherrie and her staff at Well Groomed. They took time to discuss what I wanted for my dog, and made it happen. Melli looks like a completely different dog. Everyone was professional. This was a great experience both for Melli and myself and at a very reasonable cost.

Zero looks great! Not our first groom here but our first time doing a full body trim so it’s shorter than we are used to. I bet he will feel so much cooler now. I love the updates we get during grooming. The staff always takes such great care of him and is so patient when he is anxious. He was a very happy pup when I showed up! Thank you!

This was our 8 month old morkie’s second groom and our first time here! She was handled with the best care and she seemed so relaxed when I picked her up so that made me feel good! I loved the live updates/pictures through out her grooming that is provided! Her haircut was perfection and she smells so good! Staff and front desk service was top notch!! We are looking forward to our next visit!

I have taken my golden retriever here for 6 months now and absolutely love them! They take special care of my girl and do a wonderful job in her groom. She always looks and smells amazing! Love that they update you throughout the appointment! Very timely and very friendly, as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a great experience with the lovely ladies at Well-Groomed! From communication regarding my concerns about my anxious pup and scheduling, to updates about how he was doing throughout his service (examples in comments), I am blown away at the professionalism and kindness!! Our vet told us that Cooper would need to be sedated for any future nail trims due to his anxiety, but that is not the case anymore because Well-Groomed gave him a shot and worked at his pace and comfort level. Our second appointment is already scheduled. I picked up a very happy, very soft, and dapper little guy!!
