I just love Urban Pet! When they were out of my dogs food, they took my number and reached out to be multiple times to let me know when it was available! Always extremely sweet and kind inside, and also super cute stuff for pet owners & pets! A must visit in Lubbock!

If I could give this place ten stars I would! Lovely product selection, the cutest toys and hoodies for you too! I can't wait to be in a better position to be able to shop there more, my boy's look amazing in the bandanas they offer! We can't wait to see the christmas ones! Thank you all so much again for the lovely conversation and advice on my dog's tummy aches! As someone who's not really using such a beautiful store for pets, it almost made me cry in a good way. I adore my dogs and it's obvious they adore theirs too! If you all are ever looking for employees, please let me know I would love to help!

OMG!!! I had no idea Emily mailed out until I was referred by Three Dog Bakery. I was looking for these wonderful CBD chews. They help keep my babies calm during travel 🧳 I am about to have an 8 hour flight to Alaska and Emily made sure I would have these before that flight time was here. I will be ordering again and I hope you guys do too!! If you need anything shipped out make sure you ask for Emily Davis! She even left a personal note for me. Pictured are my two babies. We love this place! It was our first time in but it won’t be our last. I have to praise the staff first, they are absolutely so sweet and helpful and made us feel so welcome. They gave our girl lots of treats to snack on while we picked out things. They have a great selection of various items. All my questions were answered and we are so happy with the things we bought! Pixie can’t wait to go back!!

My pup and I LOVE Urban Pet! I got her a cookie for her birthday and she devoured it. Not only do they have great products, the staff is also welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone who wants quality snacks and food for their pets.
