Aqua Imports

So I got a $800 fish (cross river puffer fish) during a very cold time of the year. In fact it was the coldest two or three weeks of the year that I’ve experienced. The people at this place were knowledgeable enough to hold the fish and then send it by mail when the weather broke. The mail was delayed, through NO FAULT of theirs, and yet the fish came in perfect condition. The packaging was perfect and they really know what they’re doing. The specimen was better than what I imagined and I was right to trust them with such a large purchase over the Internet.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the care they show for their fish. We had a winter storm around my original shipment date, and instead of risking the fish just to get an order out quickly, they proactively moved my shipment from January 27th to February 3rd to ensure safe conditions. That level of responsibility and ethics really means a lot to me. It’s clear they value the health and livelihood of their fish over money or instant gratification, which says everything about how they run their business. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, communication, and integrity they showed, and I’ll absolutely continue ordering from them with confidence. Thank you Aqua-imports.

This is my first time ordering from Aqua Import. Their live stock selection are huge, carrying some rare exotic one that you couldn’t find anywhere else. They can verify the fish with pictures before shipping (important). Packaging was beyond standard and the shipping was quick (the fish shipped from Colorado at 7pm and I got the fish at 9am in the morning). Fish came in healthy, water still crystal clear. I will not hesitate to order more from them ! PS: please take a look more often on Aqua Import Fanpage messages 😂

Great store for freshwater and salt water specimens. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about their animals. All the tanks have healthy, thriving fish with no signs of disease or illness, tons of varieties of fish. We've gotten multiple specimens of both fish and plants from them and all are doing great. Definitely recommend checking them out!

"Can you have someone come clean our salt and freshwater tanks?" I emailed Tom and Mike, owners of Aqua Imports. Absolutely. We'll send Emily up next Friday, they responded. She came, she scrubbed, she changed out water. She brought us our Valentini Puffer, took our gigantic, oversize Plecos for re-homing back down below. She was professional, fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to host in our home. All in the span of a couple of hours, Emily made our tanks beautiful to look at again, healthy for our Puffer and her piscine friends to swim in, and in general, a peaceful presence in our living room. Can't recommend them highly enough. They're our go-to for fresh and saltwater fish, our experts on fish compatibility, our resource when our dog-centered household runs out of time and energy to tend to those pesky things, like cleaning algae and changing water out of our tanks...
