Animal Medical Center of Surprise

I’m so grateful for the care my dog Goldie and I received at the Animal Medical Center in Surprise . Everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. Taran did an amazing job and treated Goldie with so much love. They made a stressful moment much easier for me. I highly recommend this vet . Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Goldie.

We've been bringing Lola to AMC since we got the old girl in 2022. They've taken great care of her. We've seen Dr. Allen the past few times, but honestly have received excellent service from all of the staff. Dr. Allen is so kind and patient. He answers all of my million questions without judgement even when I'm sure he thinks they're probably silly. I appreciate that they are open on Sundays and are willing to clear the waiting room of other animals for my anxious, loud, disruptive goofball. Again, without judgement. They're a bit pricey, but then, what vet isn't? 10/10 would recommend.

The worst part of pet ownership is saying goodbye. The staff here is super comforting and kind. They made a very hard day a bit easier. Our dog was very sick and needed to be put down immediately. They fit us in as a priority which is not always the case. We appreciated the generosity and compassion they showed our family during a difficult time.

Animal Medical Center of Surprise has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine compassion, patience, and care. Michelle at the front desk, along with Dr. Riley and Emily, took the time to clearly explain every step and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Emily and Dr. Riley were truly outstanding. They were incredibly understanding of our situation, never rushing us or making us feel judged. Their focus was always on what was best for our cat Cha Cha, and it was clear that their care comes from a true love for what they do. The level of attentiveness and empathy they showed was remarkable. Having recently lost my mother-in-law, we were already emotionally overwhelmed, yet Emily and Dr. Riley met us with heartfelt compassion without missing a beat. That kindness meant more to us than words can express. If you are looking for a trustworthy, compassionate veterinary clinic in the Surprise area, I cannot recommend Animal Medical Center of Surprise highly enough. Made an emergency appt. They were right on time taking us in. Our Sammy boy was told he has vestibular disease (doggy vertigo). But there was mention that he could also maybe have a brain tumor. Although I understand that aren't gonna sugarcoat it. I wish the vet would have been a little more empathetic. The assistant was amazing, appreciated her compassion. If there is an emergency again and a regular vet is not open. I would consider going back here.
