We unfortunately had to take our dog in for possibly life threatening situation. We were told he needed life saving emergency surgery and only had a few minutes to make a choice. It was life or death on the table and we needed a few minutes to discuss due the surgery cost. They given us an ultimatum either put him down or send him into surgery. They said we only had a few minutes to decide and we were stalling trying to make a very hard decision. We let them know we were going to take him somewhere else that could keep him overnight. This was about 10 minutes after they said they absolutely had to have an answer by. We said we were going to take him somewhere else that could keep him overnight and all of a sudden they came in and said he was fine. To me, that means if we would’ve made a decision 10 minutes prior when they said they needed an answer by he would be dead or we would’ve spent a disgusting amount of money on a surgery he didn’t need. This put a very bad taste in our mouth, luckily we stalled and came home with a dog that is going to be okay. Makes me wonder what they would’ve done surgery wise if we said yes and they did it without him needing it. We also had asked at the end for the doctor to come back for a few questions. We were taking our dog home that still needed very close monitoring. The vet wouldn’t come back in for 60 seconds for a few questions. This seemed more of a money thing and as soon as we were not going to pay them out they did not care about anything. We won’t be returning.

Took my cat here for an emergency, they took him back right away (even paused with a customer on the phone to take care of us as soon as we came in) and stabilized him. I feel like they had a good balance of staying calm in the face of us crying hysterically while also not feeling like they didn't care; they were very professional. The doctor even took a video of my baby while he was back there because she said she knows it's hard to be in the waiting room and not see him for a bit. They called as soon as they opened the next morning just to ask how he was doing today. We are so grateful for the staff and doctors at this site and highly recommend them. Thank you for caring for my baby.

From the front desk staff to the medical professionals, the level of customer service was outstanding. The care and attention to detail were exemplary, and the facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. It was evident that every patient received thoughtful and dedicated care, which is truly commendable. Thank You💕

Saw my puppy eat pieces of a rubber toy that the lab chewed up. Brought her in after I had induced vomiting and the pieces did not come out. They quickly took my money and after waiting hours and getting her an X-ray, the doctor hemmed and hawed over doing a scope on her and sent her home. She threw up 2 pieces early the next morning and continued throwing up. I rushed her to another emergency vet who recommended either a scope or surgery. I opted for a scope first (which should have been done the day before) and surgery if that was not successful. They got out the last piece of the toy doing a scope. I wish I had gone to AVECCC first. Again, DO NOT go here. All they want is your money.

We had an emergency with one of our Golden Retrievers Diamond, and It was critical unfortunately we didn’t hear great news from the Vet, but the Vet who took care of Diamond started a critical assessment, mid session he decided to just perform an ultrasound; unfortunately Diamond was very sick and was suffering; they really found the right way to break the news, and they left us the time we needed to make the decision! Diamond crossed the rainbow bridge, we said goodbye to her and really spent the time we needed to let her go in peace!
