My son and I went here to special order a gate. But thanks to the Amazing Amanda we found out the perfect gate was outside in the garden area. We went out and made sure they had the right size, went back in, she found it in their system and in less than 5 minutes we were out the door with a receipt for the purchase and delivery to our home. The quality is just what we wanted, heavy duty pipe with a protective coating. And it's a beautiful red!! And delivery was available the next day, we chose a day later in the week. Amanda, thank you so very much.

Great store with great employees! Was instantly greeted and asked if we needed any help. Employees were very kind to my daughter too showing off the chicks and letting her get up close to them. They have a huge selection everything from feed to powertools and farm equipment. Well stocked and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

I placed an order for delivery, and after several days I called to try to find out when it might be delivered. I was told the delivery driver comes in at 9:00, and that he would call me. He never called. It’s been several days now, so I’m calling to cancel the order. When I order from the Montgomery store, I get my orders the next day. I will not be using this store in the future. The people I spoke with were not customer friendly to say the least and did not seem to care in the least. It should not take over a week to drive 10 miles and deliver an order. I recommend the Montgomery store if you want good customer service.

Great experience here today. David is so kind and helpful and made our experience much better. He is a genuinely kind human who wanted to make sure we were having a great day and found everything we needed easily. Thank you, David!

Update January 23 at 7pm called againnat 6:30pm asked what time the they stop selling propane reply was 7:30 pm.. The employee was here finishing filling another tank said he was on overtime and would not fill my tank he was here to long and leaving now! ????.. Knocked off one more star. after waiting for 30 minutes several employees came out to speak with me and finally some one filled my tank, Thank You to the guys that finally came out and made it right. Update: Had to knock off one star, visited today called in the afternoon, Do you have propane, oh yes .. 45 minutes later I show up, no no propane we ran out this morning, I guess the best advice is to call first and even if they say yes tell the person on the phone to double check.. Might save you a trip for nothing and 45 minutes out of your busy day Update: They have made a lot of changes at this location and have a good crew. They do actually have people who can fill propane. They have fixed their phones and upgraded this location.TSC has some Items that are difficult to find other places ..They have the best price on propane. They are friendly and they do try and help customers.. Thanks for being extraordinary, This location has made fantastic improvements!
