Woof-Tastic Playhouse

Our dog stayed here for three days and was picked up limping, clearly in pain, with significant inflammation on his paws. He required urgent care the same day. What’s most concerning is that this issue developed and progressed during his stay, yet we were not informed at any point prior to pickup. After following up, we received conflicting explanations about why no communication occurred, which only added to the concern. I would strongly encourage other pet parents to ask how and when they are notified if something develops during a stay.

The team at Woof-Tastic takes phenomenal care of my dog. She goes to both daycare and boarding and is always so excited to play with her dog and human friends alike. I feel great leaving her with them, knowing she is in a safe, healthy, and kind environment. Staff have been incredibly accommodating with me, whether it's changes to pick-ups, adjustments to medications, or managing her play conditions based on behavior. A huge bonus for me was that the facility is kennel-free; for my rescue dog, who has trauma, I feel so much better knowing she can snuggle up with other pups at night rather than being lonely in a cage. Other huge pros: daily pictures, very reasonable prices, responsive staff, separated by size/energy level.

Woof-Tastic has been a great place to take my pup. I have a small dog and I love that they have a separate area for the little pups so I know my little guy won’t be overwhelmed by the big dogs. My pup can be a bit timid but he is always happy to go in and is always in a great mood coming out. That tells me how safe and comfortable he feels there. That is the most important thing to me. They also have daily special activities and you can add extra perks for your dog, like special treats. You can get very detailed report cards about what your dog has been up to that day too. The staff is always so enthusiastic to see each dog and they seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I truly believe that makes a big difference to the dogs. Animals know when people are unhappy. And it matters to me that the company treats their employees well. I’m happy to bring my dog to Woof-Tastic knowing he will be well-treated and safe.

My puppy has been going to Woof-Tastics for about three months now, and we absolutely love it! I liked that there was a evaluation day process, to be accepted into the daycare. This made me feel that they care, and to provide a safe environment for all the dogs. There are two dog groups, which I also liked, as I have a small dog. All the staff members are friendly, and responsive to questions or requests. They do not crate the dogs, which I really liked! The dogs roam free outside, or inside with their group. They offer unique things (add-ons) from daily treat options, to personalized report cards and pictures. The price is beyond reasonable, for the care you are getting. You can trust that your dog is in good hands! My dog comes home exhausted from each fun filled day, and most importantly is excited to go!

Woof-Tastic is INCREDIBLE!! It is my pup, Roo’s, favorite place in the entire world. 🪄🌎 Roo is initially a slow-to-warm, shy guy, and the Woof-Tastic staff have been so accommodating and sweet with him. They sent me this photo of him yesterday, and I’ve never seen him come out of his shell like this!! I truly believe that Woof-Tastic has played a huge role in Roo’s positive association with humans and dogs alike. The attention and socialization he gets at daycare, has helped so much even when he’s at home. I can’t recommend Woof-Tastic enough!! My only regret is that I’m just realizing I’ve never written a positive review until now. 5+ stars for Woof-Tastic!! ⭐️🩷
