The vet straight up implied I stole my purebred kitten and refused to chip him, even though I had all his documentation and his pedigree. Not planning to go to VCA ever again.

I have searched for a great vet that can take care of my large Alaskan Malamute! I drove 40 minutes to see this vet! Dr. Suppon was fantastic! She listened to what was going on with my guy and took amazing care of him! I will tell everyone I know to go to 7 Hills Vet! I dreaded visits to the vet because he HATES the vet, but now I am confident that my boy can get excellent care! Thank you Dr. Suppon and Care team! See you soon! Elizabeth J

Dr. Scharf is simply amazing. We have had many veterinarians over the years but he has far exceeded our expectations! We adopted a terrier from the animal shelter and she has had many health issues that Dr. Scharf is helping us with. His communication skills are wonderful & he is very easy to work with. He has that unique skill of explaining medical issues in layman’s terms to help you understand the issues. If you are looking for an exceptional veterinarian I would highly recommend him. The staff is also warm & inviting as soon as you walk through the door.

My cat has had severe allergies her entire life/was told at one point that she has Lupus, and it has been challenging getting straightforward recommendations from various vets. I recently met with Dr. Crossett and the experience was everything one would hope for. She spent a great deal of time examining my cat and asking questions to understand the full picture of her medical background. She did not push unnecessary examinations/medications and was very confident and straightforward with her diagnosis and recommendations. She has also been following up to make sure my cat is doing well with the proposed plan (she is!). The staff/vet techs have also been very helpful, attentive and friendly. In a world full of frustrating human healthcare, it brings me joy to have such a wonderful vet team for my cat. Thank you all so much. Side note: the reason we chose this vet was because of our experience with the Emergency center. We lost our other cat suddenly in October and brought him to the Emergency center and they were truly incredible. The receptionist, vet techs and vet were all compassionate, patient and present with us as we grieved. They listened to my irrational presumptions surrounding cause of death and reinforced that what happened was likely genetic (and not my fault). They did not rush us in saying goodbye and ultimately provided us with very beautiful private cremation options. They also sent us a card with notes from the entire staff. I'll forever be grateful for their care.

Vet. Rachel is outstanding. My son's dog was dehydrated, not wanting to eat with zero energy. He was not walking, eating, or drinking. I thought we were going to lose him. Miss Rachel immediately took him to test him, comforted me because she saw my distress. Came back, told me they gave him fluids, for which he did well. I took him home with no meds. She asked me to give him chicken broth, bone broth, and blend foods as he toleraded. He would not eat on his own, so I had to use a syringe to feed him chicken broth and protein shakes. The following day, I noticed him having a little more energy. He was walking and Peeing, which to me was a huge success! I then proceeded to give him baby food stage 3 (turkey) Miss Rachel texted me Saturday, asking me about his condition, and recommended him to have an ultrasound done because his kidney levels were elevated, and so were the white cells. I asked her if it could be an infection? I had not heard him bark. She prescribed him antibiotics. Sunday, although not at full strength, he was chasing rabbits. A week later, he is now being picky about what he wants to eat. He is refusing his dry dog food, but the can food gives him cramps and loose stools. VCA team was exceptional in customer service. Miss Rachel, an outstanding caring vet who went above my expectations. Thank you all for your professionalism!
