I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. During the recent winter storm, one of my dogs had a medical emergency and Pleasant Valley was the only open clinic I could find in town. They were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment. Unfortunately, we had to put my sweet girl down. Everyone at this clinic was incredibly kind, compassionate and respectful throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and empathy. The few phones calls and interactions since my girl has passed have also been very thoughtful and kind. I just can't say enough good things about this clinic and the way they treated both me and, more importantly, my sweet Reese. Thank you to everyone who works here for the compassion you show animals and their humans

Pleasant valley vet clinic is the best. They can always get our babies in quickly. We have seen each of the doctors there and they are all genuine, caring, and knowledgeable individuals. We greatly appreciate the warmth and kindness they have shown our family. They go above and beyond. We are so grateful for their support and compassion.

The receptionist was very prompt and courteous when I scheduled the appointment. She was also very kind when I brought my cats on the day. The doctor caring for us treated my cats very gently. However, the nurse didn't listen well—it was hard to catch what she was saying because she spoke so quickly and loudly, which slightly frightened my fur babies.

I have to say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic to everyone. The staff at check, in, Zach the animal assistant, and Dr. Koonce made my initial visit phenomenal. Everyone I encountered were so professional and definitely made me fill like I was a VIP. Dr. Koonce answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. He was extremely personable and has definitely found his calling. He loves the animals he treats, and I could not be any happier with my decision as to selecting him and his clinic for my new kitten's needs. Kudos to all at Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic.
