My boyfriend and I brought our cat, Peach, here on 1/19. She was very sick with a high fever, not eating, etc. We arrived during shift change and everyone was very kind. They tested her very thoroughly and were able to treat her. She stayed overnight for fluids. Now she’s back to her usual self. I really appreciate the care - it really started from the moment we walked in.

It’s so hard right now to give a positive review of anything, but this vet deserves it. My chronically ill cat had a medical emergency on Christmas afternoon, when her normal vet is closed and so are all other vets in Hot Springs, so I drive an hour with her, knowing what would probably happen. I was nervous because of some of the reviews but I’m glad I didn’t have time to consider them because they do not reflect the experience I had. The ladies at the desk were kind and patient, the nurses and veterinarian were exceptionally empathetic. Throughout my sweet cat’s end of life, they took every step carefully and compassionately and were thorough, making sure we understood the situation without being graphic. They did not put any pressure on us to speed up the process- even though it was Christmas and anyone would rather be with their families than watching me sob over my dying cat. I just want to thank them for their patience in an incredibly hard moment on the worst possible day. I was also nervous about the cost, based on how much emergency human care is, but they were extremely affordable and there were no surprise charges.

I visited for my cat's eye surgery for the first time. The receptionist was very kind, and the doctor explained everything clearly and carefully. The facility was clean and pleasant.

Came here back in December with no other choice as it was before my vet was open. They immediately took Groot my Great Dane in for treatment coming back out Dr Bullock let me know he most likely had spontaneous pneumothorax, she drew me a drawing to illustrate what was going on. I told her if he made it through the new year, I’d get that drawing framed and bring it back with Groot! Well last week we finally made it back by there as Groot is still rocking and rolling! Thanks again AVE’S and Dr Bullock!!! (Yes, funny enough I added his paw print for a little special touch, low and behold they look like four leaf clovers 🍀)
