EVS Pet Urgent Care of Niagara

Very professional, knowledgeable, caring. Did not run a ton of unnecessary tests. Diagnosed our poor Rex with a sprained leg, administered medication, trimmed his nails, helped to get him in and out of car. Would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Brown and the staff at EVS are fantastic. Everyone was super kind and treated me and my baby boy with respect. Being able to check in online expedited the process, and it took less than 2 hours to get Roni seen and taken care of. Thank you for providing an option that's not emergency care!

As soon as we walked in the waiting room we were immediately taken back into a room with the vet tech. She obtained all pertinent information and shortly after she left the vet came in. He crouched right down to my dog’s level to assess her, who had her whole body pressed against my legs. This visit was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the long wait times, impersonable staff, and questionable billing practices that are so common in this industry. Especially in vulnerable situations where emergency visits may be warranted. I was very impressed! Thank you for being the exception.

Both the doctor and staff were so courteous and friendly to my little frenchie. I took the day off work and went into EVS Pet Urgent Care with the expectation of being there for hours as that has what happened in the past at other vet clinics. My pup and I were immediately greeted at the door and checked in, brought into a room, and minutes later the doctor came in. He evaluated my pup and told me exactly what the issue was without any hesitation. The vet told me an Xray wasn’t necessary but they could do one only if I wanted to. In the past when we went to Green Acres, they never even gave me an option for X-rays and all sorts of testing, just told me it HAD to be done when in reality they just wanted thousands of dollars for an issue they didn’t even fix. EVS cost us a few hundred for the procedure, visit, and medication to take home. I love that EVS actually cares about their patients and are in that business to actually help animals at a very reasonable cost. THANK YOU so much EVS Pet Urgent care for all you do! It’s only been a few days since our visit and my little guy is completely back to normal thanks to you!

Wonderful experience. Was an easy process to sign up online, very reasonable price, short wait time, convenient location, clean and modern facility with very friendly staff. My Cleopatra (who is a black cat) felt at home in her room surrounded by art work of all black cats. She was even purring. Dr.Gabel and Vet Tech Amanda were so sympathetic and understanding. So blessed to have had such great care for my sick cat.
