Great place for pet supplies, cheaper then the "pets" store and imo better quality. Staff has been super helpful. And they sell cigarettes at cheaper prices than most of the shops In town.

Have a great variety of pet food, accessories and toys. The clerks are helpful and friendly.

Just recently bought a large bag of tobacco from the River Rd location. The American club tobacco that I purchased was very dry and stale. I immediately returned it to the store to see if I could we exchange it for a fresher bag of tobacco. They told me no. I told them I could not tell that it was dry until it was opened. The answer was still a direct no. "We do not exchange or refund tobacco." So basically I was out $24. I live less than a half a mile from the store. I've been going there and the Division location every week for over 8 years. I've always been a loyal customer. I mentioned It to them and they showed me no concern. If you are going there for tobacco products, make sure you check the product out thoroughly before leaving the store. Otherwise, you are royally screwed. Now I am considering finding an alternative.
