Petco

There's a lot of cool things and different animals, I just wish they treated their guinea pigs better. It's really sad to see them in such a small enclosure.

Store is clean, nicely laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it's still a petco and still has the issues associated with being a big chain store. But it's definitely not a bad place to shop for pet supplies

I have been here several times and employee's ignore customers. You have to hunt them down for assistance. When I returned home I discovered I needed more accessories. This would have increased how much I spent if someone had actually said "can I help you?"

Does anyone bag purchases anymore? While I got out my card and paid the cashier just stood there. I had to bag may own purchases. If I had been one of the people waiting in line I would have been more annoyed than I already was. What did I need her for? I could have self served.Service time 11:40am 13Nov2025

Amazing experience with very helpful staff member (young woman) valley river store! We bought 2 bearded dragons! She was so nice and made sure we were totally set up and prepared! Had horrible experience at petsmart. So this was great! We will definitely be goin back long term.named 1 pickles and 1 snake lol.
