(from Google)What’s with all the extra shelving, carts and pallets all over blocking isles and making it difficult and even impossible to get through many of the isles? This location seemed so disorganized (what happened, it used to be a great location) and even unsafe!
When I had an issue with a repeat delivery order, I stopped by this store and Cherilynn was amazing. She was patient, extremely helpful, and made sure my issue was resolved before I left. Five star service for sure!
It’s very disappointing to repeatedly have this experience at this location. This is my second time coming in for services, only to find that either the vet clinic or grooming salon is closed before the posted hours. Today, I came in for my dog Princess’s nail trim. I tried to express my concerns to the salon manager, Cherilynn, about the service areas closing early. Instead of addressing the issue, she became argumentative and made excuses. She stated they stop accepting walk-ins at 5:45 PM, yet this information is not listed on the website. When I pointed that out, she said every store is different. The conversation went back and forth for about 10 minutes without resolution. Eventually, Chelsea, the stylist, proceeded to trim Princess’s nails, which were very long. During the process, one of her nails was cut too short, causing it to bleed. Instead of immediately addressing it transparently, she turned her back in an apparent attempt to stop the bleeding without informing me. I walked around to the other side of the glass, noticed blood on the towel, and knocked to get Cherilynn’s attention. When I asked why my dog was bleeding, I was told the nail had been cut “a little too short” and that they would buff the nails instead. I was then advised to take Princess to the vet inside the store to have it checked, as it was described as an injury. The vet later confirmed it was not an injury, but a normal occurrence when a nail is trimmed too short. Once I got home, I noticed that Princess’s nails were uneven. I called the store to express my dissatisfaction, but Cherilynn continued to make excuses rather than take accountability. During that call, I asked for the district manager’s contact information and was told she was not allowed to provide it. I then requested that Kayla contact me, and I was told she would be notified. In addition to all of this, the overall customer service experience has been poor. Staff are not welcoming and often do not acknowledge customers when they walk in. Between the lack of consistency, poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and the handling of my dog during a routine service, this experience was unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service quality and customer care.
Their lack of fish care/maintenance is disgusting. It’s clear employees here don’t have a great understanding of fish. The girl dumped water from a different tank into a bag with shrimp I was purchasing which is a huge no-no. They both died within the first few hours.
Great vetco staff! My baby needed to have a cyst lanced and they were very polite and very calm with him! Great place, they even gave him not one but TWO churu ?? Wonderful people!
