I go there a lot to take pictures of the wild life. There is quite a variety there. So far I've seen eagles, hawks, osprey, ducks of various varieties, turtles, snakes, swans, and quite a few more. Some of the people are really friendly too. I'll post some pictures at another time.

No dogs allowed signs yet people bring their dogs there's no one monitoring the activities and with the peregrine Falcon nest there, dogs should not be permitted so they don't disrupt the falcons. People are ridiculous they can't read a sign and don't care about other property they just assume they can do as they choose

Awesome to walk and explore a little bit. The sign said biking hiking picnicking boating is all accepted. The water stinks like crazy the air stinks. We had to leave. And bring your bug repellant i better nit get covid with all these mosquito bites.

Have not been there since I ceased my river clean up work, but it was a great spot to launch a kayak or canoe or small boat, as the river is real nice to see by boat. Unfortunately the boat ramp is indefinitely closed which is a real shame, as that was something which was a great source of good recreation for the people here.

Beautiful Views! Nice paved walking trail. A little over 4 miles round trip.
