Lucky Tiger is a solid spot with good food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything comes out fresh and well-made, and the staff keeps things moving without feeling rushed. It’s an easy place to enjoy a meal, whether you’re stopping in quickly or hanging out for a bit. Always a reliable choice.

Came to the Lucky Tiger on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was fairly busy but other than having to wait a little bit to have my order taken, the staff was moving as fast as possible. I had the chili-carrot beef dumplings, grilled pork belly bao buns and a Pandan Coconut Mylk Tea. The dumplings are definite stabdouts, specially the chili-oil & sweet chili-carrot sauce, which is not spicy at all and is perfectly balanced. The buns were perfectly steamed, soft and fluffy. The pork belly was grilled well and had great texture but needs a stronger sauce. Overall the bao buns can taste a little bland. The Pandan has a rich coconut flavor and was very refreshing. It was a lovely time sitting outside, getting fresh air and watching people go by. Definitely will be back to try their other offerings, because it's a creative menu.

Lucky Tigre absolutely delivered. 🌟 The beef and carrot dumplings were the undeniable star. Perfectly tender, deeply savory, and packed with flavor in every bite. Easily the kind of dish you keep thinking about after you leave. Service was incredible from start to finish; attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The mochi crispy chicken was another standout; crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and totally addictive. And the smash burger x pancit collab in a bao bun? Pure genius. Comfort food meets creativity, and it works *so* well. Lucky Tigre is firing on all cylinders; bold flavors, thoughtful dishes, and top-tier hospitality. Can’t wait to go back. 🐯🔥

I’ll start off by saying a friend of mine referred me here and we came on a Sunday. The restaurant opens at noon on Sundays and for some reason they were backed up on orders and didn’t let us in until 1235. They had a DJ playing outside in the outdoor eating area, but it was a little too loud that you could almost not have conversation. After they let us in the line to order with about five people ahead, probably took an additional 20 minutes. I didn’t get to place my order until 115 and the food came out at 1:30. (we got there at noon like I said.) so to essentially take an hour and 15 minutes to get food from opening time, is quite the wait. The food was good however they mentioned that they were out completely of boa buns. One of the people in our party her food didn’t come out until about 1:40. I ordered the pork dumplings with an add-on of chili oil as well as the fried pork belly with the rice. The pork belly was extremely tough, like incredibly hard to chew, and didn’t have much flavor beyond that. And for those two items, I paid $25. I would love to give a place another chance but as a first impression, it was really throwing me off waiting 35 minutes past opening time with zero communication till about 12:20 that they were running behind.

I was finally able to stop by the Lucky Tigre after seeing a few IG reviews. We were in Tampa for a soccer tournament and my daughter and I stopped in for dinner. Immediately loved the look and feel when we arrived. The restaurant gives a Filipino vibe by adding local/original props, serving glass bottle sodas, adding banana leaf with the plating and traditional ingredients. We ordered dumplings, lechon kawali and their version of chicken adobo. The kawali was not served with the traditional sauce and we were surprised by the shredded chicken for the adobo, but the flavors were still very good and the papaya salad was on point. If you are in the area, I recommend you stop in. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
