Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Today we had an appointment scheduled for Vetco in Clark Nj. Vetco canceled it without any explanation with a short notice. Since two of our dogs Nina and Niko were due for vaccination we rescheduled them for the same day to this West Orange location which is more than an hour away from home. Due to longer travel distance and the traffic commute we arrived 10 minutes late to our appointment but within the clinic schedule hours. When we got to the West Oringe clinic we noticed that all the supplies were packed and everyone was waiting to go home. Again if Vetco canceled our appointment with short notice and we had to travel over one hour to get to another location why the staff refused to vaccinate our dogs saying “ you are 10 minutes late to your appointment and we are not going to do it as we don’t get paid overtime “. Overtime? Really? How come, that all the supply was already packed up and ready to live while was not 4 Pm? Packing should be done after 4 Pm when the clinic is closed, not during the working hours. Well to keep it short “ Today you lost one of your most loyal customer-business.” If you check your records you would find out that you get a lot of money from us and as a today we decided not to use “Vetco “anymore. Since this was not the first very unprofessional experience at “ Vetco Clinic”we decided what is best for us and choose “SHOTVET” which operates weekends and has many locations inside of CVS pharmacies. Interestingly enough “ ShotVet” has a location about 5 minutes away from home.so, no need to drive over one hour to deal with “Vetco very unprofessional staff “ We wish we knew about “ShotVet”before to save our sanity and money. As a today, instead of referring our clients to you we switched and give them the referral for” SHOtVET “.

I had a great experience with Vetco. I rather come here than my own vet. Fast and Friendly.

I had a terrible visit. I had an appointment for my dog to get his vaccines at 4:55pm. I reached there at that time. When I got there the staff was cleaning up and said we are late since its 4:57pm and they’re closing when the website and online clearly says they close at 9:00pm . Clearly they had no intention of vaccinating my dog. They said I should have called them and they close at 5:00pm. Remind you at 4:55 I texted I arrived. They were rude and dismissive. I asked them why would they have an appointment right before they close. Remind you they were cleaning up and closing up at my dogs allocated appointment time and they ignored me. Then proceeded to say I need to book another appointment to my partner. At 4:59pm they had the audacity to text I miss my appointment when indeed they did not even serve my dog at the appointment time he was given.

Great experience Ghost left smiling after his second booster. The staff was amazing very personable the gentleman at check out amazing!

I’m super super pleased!! Staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, caring, professional and very knowledgeable I would recommend this team I saw yesterday they did an amazing job with my baby Strawbree!! Keep up the good work!
