Cary-Grove Grooming

This groomer is wonderful. The staff is compassionate, easy to work with, and appointments are always simple to book. My dog is older and has a condition that makes it hard for him to hop onto the bath and grooming table, and the team is always happy to lift him and make sure he’s comfortable. They listen carefully to my requests, and we’ve never had any issues with his cut being too short or irritating his skin. It’s such a relief to find a groomer who is patient, attentive, and truly cares about the dogs they work with. Highly recommend! 🐾

In one word, outstanding. Took my dog here for the first time and after trying several different groomers I finally found the one absolute awesome customer service and attention. You can tell these people love their jobs and what they do for a living you would not be disappointed give them a try

I absolutely LOVE Cary-Grooming and the staff. Piper is always so excited and practically pushes me out of the car to get through the door. She is a big fluffy girl with a ton of hair and I know she is not the easiest to groom. Key does an amazing job and Piper always looks beautiful. Thank you for loving and taking great care of my girl!

Our dog Ollie loves going to Cary Grove Grooming! All the girls are so friendly & sweet there! We’ve booked with Selina & Key before and they are awesome! They are easy to talk to, help you figure out what’s best for your dog and you can tell they truly love dogs! They are great at communicating how the dog did and specifically what they did for your dog. Great place & prices are a bonus!

My original review from a few weeks ago was taken down, I’m not sure why so I am reposting. Our first time here as they were highly recommended by the community and close friends. Texted about getting an appointment; was called back and told they could get us in that same day which was great. I let the lady on the phone know that my dog barks a lot on a leash at other dogs. She instructed me to do a later drop off in the day because it will be less busy and they will let him into the back off leash that “they always let their new babies sniff around and check everything out”. Which sounded great for us given his situation. Upon drop off my dog was immediately taken to the back on his leash and didn’t get to sniff around or check things out like we were told. When I called to check on him the lady on the phone said he hated the dryer so they were taking it slow but then at pickup the other groomer said he was totally fine with the dryer? They called within 45 mins saying he was ready to go. When I picked him up, they charged me more than what a bath & brush was on their website for the dog his weight, but told me that they never updated the prices; which is fine I just suggested updating the prices if that was the case so no one else ran into the same issue. When I got him home I was disappointed to feel that he was still damp under his fur closer to his skin. He was brushed out at least. When we dropped him off the groomer asked about “cologne” and I asked her not to use anything strong because we do have sensitivity to smells when we got him he smelled heavy of cologne spray which faded after a few days thankfully. Our babies nails were also cut very short they were extremely sharp and jagged. They bothered him for days and were very sensitive; I attached a photo here of them. We would have loved to have had as great of an experience as others in our community have, maybe we just caught them on an off day ☹️
