Carols Pet Pawlour

Carol has been my groomer for many years. I have 2 Yorkie girls Khloe' and Paisley. They look forward to their spa days and they always look fabulous when I pick them up!! Carol really goes that extra mile especially when I have special requests. I wouldn't trust my girls with anyone else. Carol is a part of our family. 💓🐾💓

Very disappointed with our service at Carols. My dog Daisy came home bleeding from her paw and had a dried blood stain on her chest. I contacted her immediately after I got home and sent her pictures asking what had happened to Daisy. She never responded. I also had explained to her that my dog Caesar could not walk due to his bad legs/hips and she made him walk up and down her basement stairs rather than carry him. Both dogs came home shaking and very worked up from their grooming experience. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I am thrilled with the whole experience of using the Carol's Pet Pawlour!! Her work and prices are phenomenal! And, Carol is extremely thorough, caring, dedicated, gentle and very friendly!! My dog looks great, smells great, and feels great! In fact, my little Havanese was so at home with Carol and the wonderful group of dogs that were there that she didn't want to leave and come home with me! 😉😄👍🏻
