WestCo Brewing

This place was super cool! I think they just recently opened. The vibes were very chill and lowkey. They’ve got a cool drink menu, and they make drinks 1-14 there in house. The Blueberry Cider was sooo good. I got their Shoyu ramen and the noodles felt and tasted like they made them in shop. Their menu is very Japanese / American bbq which is a concept I haven’t thought of before, even their gyoza has pulled pork and Swiss cheese in it (it was fire). 100% reccomend this place, will be back!

The food was great, and our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely be recommending Westco to family and friends.

This place has quickly become a weekly occasion, I’ve almost eaten my way through the whole menu and nothing has been a letdown yet. Definitely make sure to try a ramen bowl and a delicious rice lager when you visit.

We really enjoyed this new addition of o the valley! We had the Fried Katsu Chicken Sandwich, Shoyu BYO Ramen, Trout Dip and Gyoza. It was all very tasty. 10/10 will recommend to others

This place has amazing food. The chicken katsu sandwich was deliciously crunchy. Lots of GF options for my wife. She had the teriyaki chicken lettuce wedges. The beer is fantastic. The pale ale was mild with a slap of hops and the lagers have a great crispness. I'm excited to see what this place can turn out.
