Dr Jordan is amazing! He takes the time to answer all of our questions and always explains all view points so we can make an informed decision about our fur baby. All of the prices are reasonable, the facility is nice and clean, and there's plenty of free parking in the back! 100% recommend.

Dr. Jordan is fantastic! His staff is always friendly and willing to take the time to answer your questions and thoroughly explain things without rushing you away. I've been to many different vets in the North Chattanooga area and Northshore Pet Wellness truly is the best! It's evident that they really care about the animals. Very glad I made the switch!

Dr. Jordan did a fantastic job working with my allergy ridden pup. Definitely a great vet office. They kept my dog totally relaxed, she had no idea she was even getting a shot or examination. They’re easy to schedule, a pleasure to work with, and my dog loves them!

OMG!!! I was planning on moving to Chattanooga and my only concern (a veryBIG one) was finding the right vet for my fur babies. My vet in Miami was one of my most cherished friend for 25 years and leaving his practice felt horribly sad and scary. Thank the Lord for finding Dr. Jordan!!! He is everything I look for in a vet---welcoming, sincere, warm, open and very knowledgeable. Makes me feel completely at ease and very comfortable taking my dogs to see him. The clinic has easy access, is super clean and has ample parking. The services are very affordable and just talking to Dr. Jordan makes me exhale. I called my vet friend in Miami to tell him I'm ecstatic. Finding Dr. Jordan has made me very confident moving to Chattanooga was the right choice! I'm one very happy customer!!

We have been bringing our dog here and are happy with the service. Dr. Jordan is a great vet and always takes the time to answer any questions and explain things in more detail if needed. He is very good with my dog who is a little hard to deal with cause she is a bit skiddish with people besides my husband and I. He is always gentle and patient with her. Dr. Jordan and the staff were also very accommodating and helpful to me when I had an emergency with my dog. They saw us immediately and took good care of my dog. It is also a convenient location since we live downtown. I would recommend North Shore Pet Wellness to anyone with a pet.
