Easy trail to hike with good views of the river below.

Nice, wide trail with a great overlook, but it’s not currently possible to hike the loop with portions of the trail closed. In and back only.

This is a nice, easy 2.5 mile loop hike with a few scenic overlooks. The trail can be slippery on the few hilly parts in the winter. Walking & snowshoeing is allowed in the winter which is nice because most of Jay Cooke turns into ski only trails in winter.
