This place is top notch! The staff was amazing . The care they put into each patient is like no other. You pets name is on a welcome board .They ask questions before your arrival to customize your visit for your furry friend . The rooms are not your normal exam rooms, more like living areas to make your pet comfy. Favorite toys and treats made available. They also offer drinks and snacks for us humans in a very nice waiting area , it’s like a full kitchen. . All information is given in a welcome packet soon arriving. They have an app to track all treatments and appointments, test results ect. The prices are high but for the level of care you get it’s acceptable but some just can’t afford it. It’s sad that you’re sometimes forced to not have the treatment for your furry friend due to cost. Hard decisions have to be made to move forward. The staff is very informative and caring . The time they give to explain everything is not rushed. They are compassionate with patients. Highly recommended if you can afford it.

The doctors and staff are fantastic. They adjusted their schedule same day to work with us after our unfortunate flat tire on the way. The facility itself is also very clean and welcoming. Staff greeted us upon entering and got us a room in no time. Dr. Kaiser and the staff listened to our concerns and gave us the answers we needed. They also gave us the next steps to ensure Xena continues to live comfortably . They were so gentle and took great care of Xena during her fluid drainage and gave us updates along the way. Xena and her owners really appreciate the work they’ve done but I know she didn’t appreciate her new abdomen haircut so here she is in hair favorite wig.😂.

It is with gratitude that I type this review, we were blessed to have worked closely with Dr. Carlos Souza, Dr. Katie Kaiser, Dzidzielia, Aaliyah, and Jenny, they are phenomenal professionals. Our beloved puppy was diagnosed with cancer and required a delicate removal of her spleen, a 7lb mass had grown on it, and her surgery was successful thanks to Dr. Souza, his expertise, and team. Although we couldn't beat the cancer as it had already metastasized, and the first round of chemo didn't work either, it did allow us to enjoy our recovered and happy pup for about 3 more months post-op. During this time extension as we like to call it, we bundled so many more memories with her, more walks to the parks, treats, hugs, kisses, videos, photos, laughter, etc. We are happy to have taken Lana to Animal Cancer & Referral Center. They gave us a beautiful extension with her, and the treatment we all received was quick, kind, and resourceful to help us make the best decisions for Lana's diagnosis. Very nice very clean very compassionate facility. Because of personal reasons we decided not to go through chemo. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Alex (Alexandria) For all of her compassion. She seems to know exactly what to say. I am so glad that she was partnered with me and my dog. After receiving a devastating misdiagnosis elsewhere, we turned to this facility for a second and final opinion on our fur baby’s cancer. From the very beginning, the staff showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for our situation. They didn’t just treat our pet, they supported us as a family going through something incredibly difficult. Despite us living 4 hours away, the team went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. Dr. Souza was not only incredibly skilled successfully removing the tumor with no complications but also kind and communicative. They stayed in touch regularly to check on our baby’s recovery, which meant the world to us. Thanks to this incredible team, our fur baby is now cancer free. We are forever grateful to this facility for giving our beloved companion a second chance at life.
