(from Google)Zero stars. Absolutely terrible experience. This clinic wasted an incredible amount of time while showing zero accountability or compassion for the situation they created through their own neglect. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacked empathy for both pets and owners. Their prices are outrageously high compared to other veterinary clinics in the DFW area, yet the quality of care was by far the worst I’ve experienced. Everything felt disorganized, shady, and focused on money rather than actual animal care. It honestly explains why they always seem to have open availability while other reputable clinics stay booked. If you truly love your pets, do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. Huge waste of time, money, and trust. BEWARE.
I’ve been bringing my pets to this clinic for over 15 years, and I truly love the staff—they’ve always been caring, patient, and dedicated. However, over the past year or two, I’ve noticed a significant increase in pricing. There are now additional fees, even for quick tech visits that only take a few minutes, such as administering a simple shot. It feels like there has been a shift in management, and the clinic may now be corporately owned. Unfortunately, that change seems to be reflected in a stronger focus on profit rather than the client and pet experience. That said, the heart of this clinic is still its staff. I sincerely hope leadership recognizes the value of their hardworking team before it’s too late, because they are the reason many of us have stayed loyal for so long. A special thank you to Renetta, Jacob, and Mireya for always being so patient and wonderful with my three dogs—you make all the difference.
April 30th, 2026: I called and allegedly Faith Gonzalez(s) answered. I explained what happened and asked for her Managers name. Within the 15 min. Conversation she informed me that her bosses name is Sherry Johnson but the alleged Faith, that answered the phone doesn't have her bosses contact info. She also directed me to corporate, which isn't corporate..They are independently owned and operated. Then, We heard a bunch of snickering/laughing in the background. I actually thought that "Faith Gonzalez cared for a minute. Don't take your fur baby here!UPDATE #2-Copy/Paste reply states they will learn from this. No phone call however, they were unable to paste the: We were unable to locate your file reply becase I was there this week when they refused the surgery follow up appt. I also gave them my cat's name and requested a phone call. I love animals. Please take heed and spare yourself and your fur baby the drama. CHECK BBB. Update: I took my cat to a different vet today. I called to let them know they failed to send her surgery records from VEG. The girl told me to call VEG and get them myself. Then she hung up on me. I called right back to ask for the owner's contact info. The girl told me they have a corporate office. I asked for that phone number. She said for me too look it up myself and hung up on me again! I then called VEG who verified that GP clinic did indeed have the surgery records. I knew that they did. VEG said that GP clinic was liable for emailing ALL records and this conduct is unacceptable. VEG immediately emailed the records. I need the corporate office to contact me. File is under Dorothy Guillory and I was in your clinic yesterday. The refused to see Dorothy because she had eaten an hour ago. 17 days ago they sedated her and she had just eaten.?? No communication and they are rude! This is unacceptable. /I don't know about grooming however, don't take your baby here if you want them to have good care. No communication, no urgency in time of crisis, and does not seem to care. We are done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and ultimately did not feel comfortable leaving my pets here. While the veterinarian seemed somewhat adequate, they appeared distracted during the appointment. Furthermore, the support staff lacked professionalism; the technician seemed poorly trained, and the front desk was dismissive and refused to provide a receipt. The facility itself was visibly unhygienic. I would recommend looking elsewhere for quality animal care. In no way will I allow my pets to end up dead or hurt here. STAY AWAY!!!!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫
Great Vet Facility with good friendly decent and qualified staff ready to listen to the pet's owners and attending to any ailment and treatment for one's loved one's. Quite knowledgeable was Dr. Bailey Schroeder, DVM and her medical technician Naomi who attended to our kittens Smokey & Sparky who needed vaccinations, microchips, nail-cutting and general consultation for our first time visit to this facility. Our pets and ourselves felt quite comfortable and welcome with the nice and decent staff and their attentiveness to our pet's needs. We are quite glad to have this facility close to our residence in Grand Prairie for any future visits and emergencies that might happen. We highly recommend this facility to all who have pets that they love very much like their own children to take them to this facility for proper consultations and treatment if need be.
