Amazing vets. I had a lovely lady called magdalene and id highly recommend her/ and the other lovely ladies, she is very thorough and takes time to look at your pet to make sure everything is dealt with. Ive had Vets that barley look at your pet and just rush you through, which resulted in me losing my last dog, so im very aware on which vets listen now. So I highly recommend here if you want your pet looked after and seen too with care ❤️

I have been bringing my Pets to Arroyo for over 20 years. Dr. Mavi brought new treatments, experience and technology when he took over Arroyo along with Vets specializing in different areas. Arroyo has always been honest and fair even in the hardest times with my dogs over the years. I trust the staff and Vets, they are busy but very caring.. I see a lot of reviews about pricing. Coming from the dog show world working with breeders, Vets and rescues I can say yes, prices all over have gotten incredibly high with economic changes in the Bay Area. However Arroyo is not overpriced in comparison to standard vet costs for quality care. Thank you Arroyo for assisting us in caring for our beloved furbabies,

This is a dishonest business. I do not appreciate the FALSE INFORMATION that was in response to my previous complaint. I indeed DID provide my contact information when asked. I told them that they can reach out to me with any information. I even came into the vet office the next day to follow up because I hadn't received any calls. I never declined to provide my information. Do not lie. I wanted Bella home safely so I took every option possible. I also already expressed from the beginning that I was totally understanding of the policy that they cannot disclose personal info such as contact information when regarding a lost/found pet. I was totally compliant. I find it very hypocritical and unprofessional that they told me inappropriate things about the owner of the dog. They expressed that they were familiar with Bella and she gets loose often and that her owner recently lost his mother and he's "not all there" mentally, he was in rehab and they're not sure if he has a stable home. THAT WAS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM TO DISCLOSE HIS PERSONAL BUSINESS TO ME ABOUT THOSE THINGS. Office cameras/audio will prove it. They are untrustworthy towards their clients. This needs to be properly investigated.

It's hard dealing with vets as a dog owner sometimes its hard to hear the tough things and we feel like we are being charged for bs things. I recently had to euthanize my old girl at a different emergency vet, in which I felt like I had a terrible experience with that vet. I contacted Arroyo, where they've been seeing my 11 Yr girl for the past few years and they went above and beyond for me. They pulled the records of her last visit/euthanasia and assured me and gave me peace of mind where the other vet didn't. They didn't have to help because they didn't provide care for my dog for that situation. but they did, and did it with empathy and on their own time from their busy schedules. They have treated both my dogs with care and don't push unnecessary things, but recommend the things needed. I am grateful for the service they gave my old girl and will continue taking my puppy here.

I recently had to switch vets due to our previous vet retiring last year. The Arroyo Vet staff are absolutely amazing and definitely care about your furrkids! I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Andre today with our old man kitty Tigger, and she was absolutely stellar! He was calm and even let them brush him and scratch his chin! (We also met with Dr. Royalty with one of our dogs, and she is super nice too!) Tigger is our last remaining kitty from the group of 6 we had over the last 17 years, and she knew just how much he means to us. Thank you for putting my mind at ease Dr. Andre and staff!
