Petco

Very happy with all of our experiences at this Petco thus far! The management has always been so friendly and the new addition of the Vet has been so convenient! I just wish that Petco as a company would improve their app and communication between vet and store!

I went in there today and I had a puppy doodle, mini service dog been in training for a year working on emotional regulation at the front door and I dropped the leash for just a second and the GM gentleman barked at me about keeping the leash in my hands, the delivery of how he spoke to me really pissed me off. I’m not used to being spoke to so rudely. I go into Chunk and Don, Costco HomeGoods, Lowe’s Home Depot and many more companies I go into train dogs all the time. I train 400 dogs a year, and I’ve never spoke to like that. even if there was a policy….. There’s a way to be professional and not talk to somebody like that. It’s was rude. So I was rude back. I will never go back and that because the GM was rude!!

Definitely the best Petco, all the staff is very nice and the store is amazing. But the two workers that I see the most is Jenifer and Seri . These ladies are the nicest, Jenifer stopped what she was doing to help me today. Seri help to ring me up. The moment I walked in there these ladies helped me from start to finish! Now that is what I call a great place! Those ladies are the best, will return because of them!

I am dissatisfied with the service, a bad experience, I took my dog ​​to get her hair cut and bathed; I even showed a video of how I wanted her to look, she is a mini Golden Doodle, they destroyed her fur, they left her shorn and very short, I specified that they would not cut too much of the hair on her face, I even specified the length and how I wanted her face and they did the opposite, they shorn her lightly and damaged her fur, it will take months for her fur to be beautiful again, I took her at 10 in the morning and they gave her back to me at 2 in the afternoon, I thought that maybe because of the time it was going to take everything would be different, but with this experience it is clear that they have no idea how to cut these little dogs' hair, I feel disgusted with the service, paying $ 109 dollars for them to give me my dog ​​like this does not seem fair to me. very bad service. I have taken my dog here twice for grooming and they have been phenomenal both times. This most recent time the groomer went out of her way to suggest things to help my dog be more comfortable in the future. I am incredibly appreciative of the extra time taken with him. He has looked great both times!
