They were closing within minutes of me getting there but they didn’t rush me. Very helpful and friendly AND they’ve got a HUGE variety of cat food. I wish there was a store like this in the wash park area!

I had to stop in and get my dog some dog food. It was early morning, I had a wonderful experience with Charez. i Hope. I spelled it name correctly!! Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for offering to take my bag of dog food to my vehicle. Also, their prices are amazing.I've been shopping there for the last 2 years, and we'll continue

Emmy and Ileah are always a delight. They truly care about animals, and their health & nutrition. They always take the time to listen, and try to help figure out possible solutions to issues (i.e. allergies, digestion, etc) They are knowledgeable, kind human-beings that clearly love their jobs and more importantly, the pets. I hope they are getting holiday bonuses!

I love coming here. I always come for fish for my turtle. Occasionally I get some free fish. It’s only the 22 cent fish but certain times it really helps me in my personal life. The staff is always so kind and helpful. The store looks and smells clean. The fish tanks are always clean and the fish taken care of. The reptiles are taken care of.

Employees were very helpful and personable. Knowledgable about products on the shelves as well as the species you are inquiring about. Store is very clean. Products are pricey but, so is everywhere else. Programs like email subscriptions send me coupons and notifies when items are on sale. All in all, a great store. I'll continuously return for all my needs. Thanks!
