O'Reilly Park

Good place to take the kids!

The park has a nice walking path, but we didn’t make it far before two stray dogs started barking and chasing us for about a half mile.

O'Reilly Park has the best trail ever to walk or ride your bike on and clear yo mind or just watch the river flows..

This park is a hidden gem. Has a neat little bike loop on a hill that is fun for kids (and adults) to ride around. There is also a tunnel in the same spot. While the playground still has some older equipment it has been upgraded with a new play set that is really fun. Be sure to check out the stand and spin. Best way to use that is have the child hold on to vertical bars and lean way back. The idea is to get their weight as far out as possible. Then, just give them a lite push to get going (that's all they need, trust me). Next, have them stand up and pull themselves as close to vehicle as possible to go faster. To slow down, they just need to lean back again. Super fun time for all.
