I am truly grateful to have found a veterinarian who provides exceptional care, compassion, and genuine concern for my furbaby! My initial appointment was in February 2024 for a dental cleaning consultation for my furbaby. I was very cautious about who I entrusted with his care and was specifically looking for a veterinarian with a genuinely caring heart. During the consultation visit, there was a brief misunderstanding with one of the technicians; however, Dr. Plummer addressed the matter immediately and resolved it with professionalism and compassion. My furbaby’s dental cleaning was delayed due to treatment for his collapsed trachea, but throughout that time, Dr. Plummer remained attentive and supportive of his ongoing care. Since Easyvet in Manvel closed permanently, I decided to make this my new veterinary clinic, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my pet. At every visit, Dr. Plummer has been professional, compassionate, and exceptional in her bedside manner. Her hospitality and soft-spoken demeanor immediately put both me and my furbaby at ease. It is evident that she truly loves what she does, and that passion reflects in the quality of care she provides. I fully trust Dr. Plummer with my furbaby’s health. Whenever I have concerns or questions, she responds promptly with thoughtful recommendations and sound medical advice. This January, my furbaby was finally able to have his dental cleaning, and Dr. Plummer did an amazing job. His teeth are now pearly white, and his breath is fresh again! I am beyond grateful for the excellent care she provides. Dr. Plummer will forever be my pet’s veterinarian for as long as she is in practice. Dr. Plummer and her clinic have been our family vets for 21 years. She has taken care of my fur babies with so much love and patience. She truly cares for all her patients as if they were her own. I will continue taking my fur babies to her and her team.

I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Plummer at Critter Care Animal Clinic for the compassion and kindness she showed when I brought in a dog I rescued named Big Bertha. From the moment we walked in she treated us with genuine care and understanding. Dr. Plummer charged me a very reasonable price for an X ray that ultimately saved Big Bertha’s life. That X ray revealed that Big Bertha had a dead puppy stuck inside of her, which allowed me to get immediate emergency assistance from another agency. Without that proof and her willingness to help Big Bertha would not be here today. She went above and beyond in ways I will never forget. Knowing I was low on funds she gave me medication for free and even gave me dog food because you could visibly see Big Bertha’s ribs and bones. Dr. Plummer has an amazing heart and regularly gives dog food to homeless people with animals, and she pulled from what she had in her own car to help us that day. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. The X ray also showed that Big Bertha had been shot four times with a BB gun, which broke my heart but also made me love her even more. She has clearly had such a rough life yet she remains incredibly sweet and loving toward humans. I truly appreciate Dr. Plummer not just as a veterinarian but as a human being. She is compassionate selfless and genuinely cares about animals and the people trying to save them. I've been taking my cats to Critter Care Veterinary Clinic for over a decade, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire staff is incredibly kind and treats every animal with the same love and care they would their own. Not only are their services reasonably priced, but the quality of care is truly exceptional. Dr. Plummer in particular is the absolute best—I can't imagine trusting my furry family members with anyone else. If you're looking for a new vet, this is the place to go.

Critter Care had taken such great care of our Rescued Dachshund, June bug before we met her 3 years ago that we choose to continue to take her there! Critter Care only recommend what’s necessary—June bug appreciates that! But most of all, the staff and doctors are so patient, caring and knowledgeable about this breed!
