(from Google)On 3/4, my female cat was scheduled for a spay surgery and rabies vaccine. After the procedure, my cat was discharged without an E-collar. When I asked about it, the representative stated that they were out of stock and waiting for a shipment. However, they also emphasized that my cat should not lick the surgical site. This is concerning because cats naturally groom themselves, and it is unrealistic to expect owners to completely prevent licking—especially while sleeping. If preventing licking is critical for proper healing, it would be appropriate for the clinic to ensure an E-collar or another protective option is available before discharging patients after surgery.
I brought my two dogs for vaccines because of the affordable pricing. The doctor and tech were knowledgeable and great with my dogs. There was a misunderstanding during intake which resulted in my dog receiving a vaccine I did not request. They did not charge me for it, but that’s not the point. I would recommend confirming all vaccines verbally before administration to prevent this in the future. Overall positive experience, but intake communication could be improved.
We take our baby Kinoko here and she does well! The vaccines are reasonably priced and the vets definitely care. We also got her spayed here and she had an amazing recovery.
They took excellent care of our dog. The staff was personable, the care was professional and the prices cannot be beat. We are beyond appreciative for this group and what they offer to our community. This was our first, but definitely not our last, visit. Thank you for doing such a great job TLC The Woodlands!
TLC was very understanding and patient with me as I kept scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments to get one of my community cats fixed. He just kept outsmarting the cat trap!! I really appreciate the kindness towards community cats, and their community cat TNR program is amazing (even though it wasn’t available when I was trapping my community cat). They also fixed/microchipped/vaccinated all three of my cats several years ago, and it’s good to see that their service and dedication to cats hasn’t decreased since then. Thank you TLC!! :) Here’s a photo of the aforementioned (and now neutered) community cat!!
