Petco

Asked for help from the person up front with automatic cat feeders. They said oh yeah I will call someone; instead of them helping me. No one ever came. Customer service sucks. Store is dirty and employees are super unprofessional and are RUDE! NEVER AGAIN

We absolutely love this Petco location for multiple reasons, first being the grooming department! Alexis & her staff are incredible with our pups, Gibby & Abby! They are always taken care of and we get constant communication from the team while our pups are getting their grooming & they always come out looking and smelling so much better than when we dropped them off. Secondly is because the Vetco team, every single one of them is so attentive and responsive, especially when it came to our pup who is getting over an allergy issue. We texted and sent photos and Dr. Shaak and her colleagues helped me stay calm and keep my baby comfortable while he was recovering! Lastly is every single staff member is willing to have a nice conversation and is so helpful with questions any time we need help in the store! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Always a great experience at PETCO! The staff—groomers, retail, and clinic—are consistently kind and welcoming. My dogs are always happy to visit, which says it all! 🐶💙

Petco in college Station, if I could give a zero star I would. I had a terrible experience on 5/24/2024. 20 gallon tank had a nonmember price tag on it at 64.99 along with a members price of 32.49. I asked an employee for assistance getting it down so I can purchase it and the guy named Greg tore off the tag and said it expired 5 days ago. I asked for a manager and he said he is one and I asked for someone above him. He had Tori the GM come by and what an unprofessional person she is too. She accused me of arguing when I simply stated the facts and then she continued to say she doesn't have proof there was even a 32.49 members tag on it and I found it in the trash can that Greg put it in. So I down graded to a 10 gallon and the price is marked at 34.99...i went to the register to purchase my items and it rang up over $60. I took a picture of what clearly says 34.99. yet no one honored the prices. Terrible terrible terrible. I contacted corporate and am still waiting for their reply. However, Salem and Rob are excellent employees and deserve a raise and promotion. Tori and Greg should be ashamed of themselves. I ended up at PetSmart and apparently someone else had a bad experience with Petco too.

Surprised this store not larger. But super helpful employees at every direction. Brought one of my dogs in after a vet visit, hoping to find a few things. Enjoyed seeing the place from a dogs prospective being pushed around in the basket looking at birds, fish and other pets. Overall a great time. And found everything I needed for our sweet dogs. Thank you for the wonderful service.
