.... UPDATE!!!! On initial review....Please install a buzzer at the back door or at minimum answer the phone for your deliveries. I run a local P&D route around Knoxville & deliver to numerous TSC's . This is the only one that has plenty of staff on hand but does seem to have time to do anything related to a delivery. UPDATED - Stephanie was very friendly & apologized for my inconvenience. She informed me they have been having issues with the phones transferring to them & they have informed corporate about the phone issues & the missing buzzer for the back dock door. This is solely a 1 star review in hopes that corporate will do their due diligence & fix the issues that have been requested by their staff. Thanks miss Stephanie!!!

Had the best shopping experience i have ever had here i was greeted at the door and I asked for directions to the bolts the lady showed me where I needed to go then came back there and assisted me with what I was looking for which I greatly appreciate. Normally I would go to rual king for my items and i stress about finding stuff and there employees are Ferrell but ill be shopping here from now on Kristen went above and beyond for me today truly 10/10 service

Absolutely love this store! I typically refrain from giving 5 stars to major businesses, but this tractor supply deserves it. Kristen and Collin are great! Kristen is definitely a great store manager! I've never had anything but spectacular customer service from this store. Quick side note, my opinion is that all the single star reviews are poor. First, Brian, if you are basing your entire review of a multifaceted organization off of the price of one bin, that is a disservice to a review. Second, James, many families I know, including mine, actively farm in Knoxville. Owning anywhere from 2-120 acres. It is much quicker to get to West Knox, than any of the other tractor supplies in Tennessee.... Also, it's spelled *too. Lastly, Bradley, the store regularly is the same as the online price (I know, I've checked). Bedding has always been the same price since they've opened that I have seen. (Benefit of the doubt, it's possible another TSC ordered too much mistakenly and had to clear inventory leading to a price differential). Now that the side note was not so quick, I highly recommend grabbing your supplies from here for all your needs that they can supply. I purchase all my chicken needs here and I look forward to grabbing more soon. If you haven't been in yet, you should, you won't be disappointed!

Seems like a nice store. The staff are friendly, especially the red-haired young man at the register that greets you as you come in. I can't remember his name. Store is laid out fairly well, but I wish their clothing section was a bit larger. They also have a dog wash, which my family uses and seems to enjoy. It's typically well stocked with shampoo and towels. Overall, it's a nice store.

Finally open... Brand new store just opened... Nicely laid out. All the employees were welcoming...even got a free hat
