We just brought home our new puppy from Petland Knoxville, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, every employee was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect addition to our family. The staff took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Everyone was so kind and patient, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Bringing home a puppy is a big decision, but Petland Knoxville made it such an easy and exciting experience. We appreciated how organized everything was, and our puppy came with everything we needed to get started. You can tell the employees truly love what they do and care about the animals and their customers. We are so happy with our new puppy and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My daughter and I came just to look around and we ended up getting my wife her dream dog, a dachshund. They were extremely patience with us and their customer service was amazing. Bradley was the best help ever

I wasn’t even planning on staying long, but Petland Knoxville ended up being the highlight of my day. The atmosphere felt relaxed and genuinely friendly, not pushy at all. The employees were easy to talk to and made the whole visit feel comfortable instead of like a sales pitch. Everything was neat, bright, and just had a really positive vibe. You can tell they put effort into making it a pleasant place to be. Definitely worth stopping in, even if you’re “just looking.“ I ended up taking a puppy home with me 🐶 greatest and bestest choice i’ve ever made!!! I loved laura and amy’s service!! The store was clean, well-organized, and the pets were clearly well taken care of. No one was pushy, and they took the time to answer all of my questions honestly. I’d definitely recommend Petland Knoxville to anyone looking for a pet or quality pet supplies and a cute puppy!

This place blew my mind! I went to know about puppies and breeds. I am a cat person and my daughter is crazy about dogs. Juliana explained about them nicely. We took an appointment with her earlier and she gave us a lot of important info. My daughter and I petted one and it was heavenly! Hopefully we’ll have a puppy from here. Feeling so calm after petting him. Sometimes all you need to do to calm your mind is petting a pup. Cannot think of a place which offers this much cuteness in one bound!
