Jackie's Basics and Beyond Dog Training

Can't recommend Jackie's Training enough! We took the puppy basics class w/ Lynn. Lynn was incredible and taught us how to take control and not let our puppy control us. It is amazing how much our pup has learned and how many compliments we get on how well behaved she is! Would highly recommend if you have a new puppy at home. You will learn so much!

Jackie and Meredith were amazing! They’re both extremely knowledgeable, diligent, consistent and offer great guidance when it comes to training your four-legged. My one year-old pitbull lab mix puppy went from counter surfing, jumping on people, pulling while walking, chewing and more to being so much more calm, obedient, more at ease and so much more enjoyable to be around for myself and others. So grateful for their Behavior Mod class, will be taking agility training in a few months!

I have been taking classes at Jackie’s Basics and Beyond since she opened for business. My first dog obtained all three levels of CGC, became a therapy dog, and learned to pull a cart for the Christmas parade with Jackie. The next three dogs have all been in training with a focus on the types of classes they most enjoy and obtaining their CGCs too. My newest dog has started competition obedience with Lynn and at our first trial won 1st place. The atmosphere at the center is like a family where everyone is supportive making the whole experience fun for you and your dog(s). We are career students here, as there is always more you can learn and accomplish with the variety of classes.

We started bringing our puppy to Jackie’s when he was 10 weeks old. It’s the best decision we could’ve made for him. Training him up with the puppy basics program reduced my stress so much, and he is already at four months old a very well behaved, well trained dog. Our trainer this whole time has been Lynn, and she brings a lot of skill and heart into what she does. The trainers clearly love what they do, which then makes us and the pups love what we do too!

I have been going to Jackie’s since they were both pups. Jackie’s has puppy training, obedience training, agility, training for therapy and service dog certification and other classes and individual lessons to meet any of your dogs needs. Her experienced trainers not only train your dogs but most importantly they train the owner how to make the activity a life long behavior. Feedback is always helpful and constructive. I can’t say enough good things about Jackie’s Basics and Beyond.
