(from Google)The team at South Town Banfield is terrific. They have taken fantastic care of my best friend Gonzo for many years, even saved his life once and through all his other health matters. They have been very reassuring and informative with me about his care and any costs. I have tge utmost respect for Dr Schmidt and her team!
They treated my Trixie when getting sick 3 days in a row. They did not over charge with same-day use of insurance plan they had that covered way more than most insurance
We live in Springfield, Oregon. There is a banfield fifteen minutes from home. However, we choose to travel a 1/2 an hour to the South eugene Banfield on Willamette. This is because all of the staff are extra super wonderful there. My dog Harley Sue loves all of them so much, including the doctor that did surgery on her. This brings joy and love to my heart. Thank you, Banfield team, south Eugene!!! For making my baby feel comfortable, calm, well taken care of and loved.❤️💛❤️
This location is AMAZING! My pups doctor is literally the best woman that's ever walked this planet. She sits on the floor with him and plays with him during our appointments. Rocky loves going to the vet because of her. The front desk staff are so nice too! With countless issues with the Chad Dr. Location, I'm so happy to make the much longer drive to this Banfield!
My partner and I went to Banfield Pet Hospital when our very first rat was dying. Everyone inside was so kind and apologetic that we couldn’t be with her (due to covid). Everyone there seemed to instantly love our sweet little rat and I truly felt like she was in the best of hands. The people at Banfield were kind enough to not charge us for the more emergency services like oxygen and fluids, which was incredibly appreciated since we’re just poor college students. The staff there understood that our rat was very sick and needed to be put down to avoid any suffering instead of running many expensive tests and keeping her alive longer. Within a couple weeks we received her ashes in a beautiful wooden box, along with her paw prints, and a wonderful sympathy card signed by the whole staff that took care of her. I can’t say I ever want to lose any more beloved pets, but I know when it does eventually happen, I want to be able to go to Banfield Pet Hospital so my pets are well taken care of in their last moments.
