My Shih Tzu, Luna, and I have been loyal clients since 2021! Rachel is someone I can definitely trust; you can tell how much she loves animals by the way she cares for her own. She is always more than willing to work with my schedule and is super understanding when things come up unexpectedly, or when I have to pick up later than usual. I can always count on her (and the addition of her new team members) to make sure Luna feels loved and well-cared for, treating her as if she was their own furbaby. I know Luna loves it here because she is always excited at drop off! I mainly use Rachel's dog daycare services but have also booked overnight boarding in the past, and I can attest to that as well! She made sure Luna felt comfortable and kept me updated daily. 100% recommend booking any kind of pet care with Rachel!

We recently moved to the area and started using Rachel's Pet Haus, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. My dog was stressed from the move and not feeling his best at first, and they handled everything with so much care and professionalism. She sends daily pictures and updates, which gives me so much peace of mind. My dog absolutely loves going there and is so excited every time. I never worry when he’s in her care—he’s clearly loved and well taken care of. This is truly everything you could want in someone caring for your dog. Highly recommend!

Rachel’s Pet Haus has been absolutely amazing for my puppy at doggy daycare! They send daily update photos on how she’s doing, have a big yard and indoor area with lots of space for the dogs to do their thing, and the staff is very kind. I also appreciate that before welcoming any dog into their space for the first time, they make sure to do a behavioral check and see how the dog interacts with other dogs. I feel very safe leaving my puppy with Rachel’s Pet Haus!
