(from Google)My first time and it was amazing. Atmosphere, service, environment, food and employees. The live band was great. I moved here for this type of community. Ive heard the complaints about loud music and to be honest. They need to get over it. The music was not loud or excessive and within appropriate hours of the day. I’m retirement and I love this.
What a gem! We went for the music which was great, and had already eaten (at Blue Dog) but were still drooling and marveling at the high end and variety of specialty food trucks! What a beautiful spot for all….young, old, families and pets! Offering lots of seating. upscale picnic type tables, couches, high top tables, umbrellas, a gift shop, restaurant, bar, docks, fuel, walkways, and gorgeous sunset viewing. What a surprise ! We are so glad we went!
What an amazing place and experience!! Kudos to whomever designed this concept!! Whether one is stopping for a lunch or supper or to stay ALL DAY enjoying the beautiful, comfortable surroundings they will be as delighted as we were!! Our servers, Luci and Nicole were smiling, friendly, professional and efficient and helped to make our whole day complete! It was amazing to sit in one spot and be able to choose from 10 different menus/Food trucks and then have the food delivered quickly! The beautiful manicured grounds and pavilions were so very comfortable and very clean. The tastefully decorated and colorful Food Trucks added a unique touch to the venue. Unfortunately we are only vacationing here but will make a couple more stops before we leave. If we lived here I guarantee this would be a consistent “go to” place for enjoyment! THANK YOU FOR THE EXPERIENCE!
Slipaway Food Truck Park is a blast. Fun, high-energy atmosphere with great bands playing throughout the day, plus awesome views of the water and boats cruising by. It gets crowded, and yes, it’s a little pricey — but that’s part of the vibe. Good food, cold drinks, live music, and waterfront scenery all in one spot. Definitely worth checking out.
See pics, I shot the truck and menus of each truck. If you can’t find something to eat here, it’s because you have a problem. I.e., you should probably just go home and eat there. There’s enough of the selection here to satisfy. This Boating friendly place is great place for some entertainment and a meal. They even have bags games. Kids games everywhere. We caught live music on a Friday at 3.
