Nice staff, but as a guinea pig owner PLEASE give them a bigger cage. The ones they are in now are so so so small it’s no where near big enough for 1. Other then that I enjoy buying my pet essentials here!

Kevin was so kind he went out of his way to scan some cat food that I was looking for he let me know it would be on the truck and in the store the next day!. I came in the next day to pick it up he called me by my name and showed me where it was. He has great customer service skills… Thank you Kevin for going the extra mile. Rebecca Doss.

Ok. If you think that the employees care about your animals you are wrong. I was inside with my great dane who is 10 years old. He walked from ace hardware and needed water so we went inside. We walked to the water fountain to find the bowl (photo below). I allowed my dog to drink out of the fountain because i was not going to use that bowl. An employee came out and in the most sarcastic manner said "I wish you wouldn't do that". I said well if you had clean bowls i would have gotten him one. He then said well if you dont want to bring your own bowl then use ours. Really. Use the dirty bowl. I asked him why he was being so sarcastic and he said that I should have brought my own fresh bowl or use their dirty bowl. I talked to the manager about luis and she said "I'm sorry". No they do not care about your animals. I will go back to pet supplies plus!!!

I took my pup to the groomers there and the staff were so nice and friendly. My dog is shy and timid as all get out but Raquel did such a great job with him. He was wagging his tail and smelling fresh. Very great price for all the services in a basic wash plus the product they use does amazing. Binx is so shiny!

I'm not sure if I'm only rating the Petco store or the grooming and vet services as well? Petco store is decent. Vet herself is awesome, but the support staff is awful. Groomers are typical. The only reason they get 4 stars is bc of all the cool events they have
