(from Google)Kelley park is full of nature scenery and it connects with the Clarence Foster Park. There is a couple of benches. No official picnic area or trash bins. No water fountains or grilling area. No public restrooms. I did see people like letting their dogs go leash less. Over all Great for a dog walk. We got to see a blue bonnet flower. Plenty of squirrels running free since there is plenty of pecan trees on site!
A nice park for walking and really long bike trails covered by nature itself.
One of my favorite, exactly private areas, great shaded trails.
Haunted?? Might not go here at night again. Three different (reliable) lights, on two separate occasions, went out on me and would not turn back on while biking in the south area near Arkansas. All worked perfectly when I got home. Otherwise, great park, nice wide trail, two thumbs up. One star off because the X Files theme didn't play during.
Went there to bird and enjoy the huge beautiful trees near the parking lot. Walk the dog, the kids or just you and have some quiet time. Bluebirds, jays, goldfinches house finches , woodpeckers, nuthatches sapsuckers, flickers ( right now. But wait for migration!) There's a playground and an exercise station along the walking path. Or, an ocaisional bench to sit and enjoy the day!
