Happy Dog Spaw

If I could give 0 stars, your dog will be left for 6-9 hours in a crate with no water/food or an update. Susanna is probably the most unprofessional person ever. It is inhumane how they treat the dogs and it is suppose to feel justified. She told me to go to petco or PetSmart instead and honestly ANY place would be better than this place. Susanna stated her protocol is not to work fast and she can't tell how long it'll take. We arrived at 10:45 for an 11 am appointment, there were no other dogs in the bathing area or crates. We arrived at 04:35 to get an update for my dog to just be in a crate and them saying all they have done is give my dog a bath. A bath takes 10 minutes and he had been there for almost 6 hours. They didn't even have the decency to put his leash on when giving him back. Read all the previous reviews saying the same thing and I would recommend not wasting your money on a place that does not care about your dog. Please make sure you guys read the yelp reviews that are more recent and honest. For the owner: I would be happy to speak to you anytime. Your records will not reflect my name but at YOUR earliest convenience I would be glad to have a conversation.

This was my dogs first time being professionally groomed. We were greeted by a very friendly staff. Groomer was very sweet and patient with our little guy. Overall experience was very positive. He looks and smells amazing. Thank you, Happy Dog Spaw!

Came here yesterday for the self service and the lady was super nice and let us borrow one of the collars for the tub since we barely adopted our dog. Blu was so relax and she gave us a shampoo for his black fur and his fur looked amazing and beautiful. We would definitely come back again !!!

We LOVE this place!!! Today was our first time coming into this place and we knew right from the moment we were greeted this would be our go-to. We came here for the self wash and we were VERY IMPRESSED! We've tried other self wash places and this establishment just blows all the other places right out of the park. The self wash comes with shampoo, conditioner, 2 types of brushes, ear cleaner, face cleaner, dog cologne/perfume, towels and a blow dryer! Very much worth the prices that they charge here. The best part of it all is how clean it is here! our Bruno boy loved it here! We will be regulars here for sure. Can't wait to come back!!!

They always take great care of my Ivy! There have been days where I've called last minute and they still managed to accept her! Everyone seems really nice and especially to my Ivy and they always seem so excited when they see her. They also have DIY bath tubs and also the grooming area is glass so you can view your pup getting groomed as well. The groomer has done an awesome job everytime and knows exactly what I want.
